SAP Calculations and Reports

The Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) is the government approved method for determining the energy rating of a newly built home.

SAP Calculations are required to demonstrate compliance with Building Regulations Part L for new build homes. SAP calculations are also required for home extensions where the glazed area of the extension exceeds 25% of the floor area of the extension.

U-Value Calculations

U-Value Calculations provide a measure of how easily heat is transmitted across a structure. The better the insulation, the lower the U-value.
